Our Process

At Salt Wellness, we believe in supporting your nervous system with intention and insight. Every BrainTap experience begins with a personalized approach designed to help you understand your current state and set meaningful goals for your wellness journey.

1. Book a Consultation

Your BrainTap journey begins with a one-on-one consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss your personal goals and perform a NeuralChek—a quick, non-invasive assessment that evaluates your nervous system’s balance, stress levels, and sleep effectiveness. Together, we’ll use this information to create a personalized plan for how BrainTap can best support you.

2. Intro to BrainTap Session

Next, you’ll experience a 15-minute introductory BrainTap session. This brief experience helps you become familiar with the headset, the technology, and the relaxing rhythm of the guided meditations. Many clients notice an immediate sense of calm and clarity after their first session.

3. Follow-Up NeuralChek

After your introduction, we’ll perform a second NeuralChek to compare results and highlight how your nervous system has responded to BrainTap. This gives you real, measurable insight into how the session impacted your stress levels, relaxation, and overall balance.

4. Personalized Support Plan
